Environmental Guidelines

A healthy world is no coincidence - its protection is up to all of us.

Responsibility for our world obliges us to pause and ponder the repercussions of our day-to-day actions. This thought lies at the core of our corporate guidelines and is the foundation on which we have placed our commitment to a healthy environment.

 

The sparing use of natural resources is important to us. We intend to develop products and build plants that burden humankind and our environment as little as possible. We have imposed our own rigorous specifications through which we intend to continuously improve environmental protection within our company. Regular checks ensure compliance with these guidelines.

 

We endeavour to instil in our employees and all our partners an awareness of our responsibility for a healthy environment. We implement concrete measures to underpin industry’s self-obligation to lower overall consumption of energy and thereby also of CO2 emissions.

 

As a component part of our national economy we believe we have a special obligation towards society and the environment.
