Storia

Since1980 the company has been characerized by consistent growth. Our company has been systematically reorganized as a provider of engineering services. Throughout this development we have built on our role as a fully integrated partner offering all services ranging from the initial study, through planning, to the completion of technical projects. We furthermore take care of these plants in terms of maintenance or even operate the plants.

 

1980

Today‘s AGO AG Energie + Anlagen came into being in 1980 when ZANDER Klimatechnik GmbH, Nuremberg, bought a division hived off from ASK Kulmbach.

 

1987

In 1987 the limited company then named Zander Wärmetechnik Kulmbach GmbH moved into its own premises at its present location at Am Goldenen Feld 23, 95326 Kulmbach.

 

1995

In 1995 we were one of the first plant-engineering companies in the region to be certified to ISO 9001.

 

1998

In 1999 - after our parent company had merged with Meissner & Wurst GmbH & Co., Stuttgart, in 1998 - we took the opportunity to change our name in a way that reflects our entire range of services and highlights the improved synergies with our parent company.

 

1999

Also in 1999 we added two storeys to our company building.

 

2004

In 2004 we established and implemented our new business segment "emission advice and energy efficiency".

 

2005

On 23 September 2005, we celebrated our 25th company anniversary.

 

2006

Change name in AGO AG Energie + Anlagen

 

Today

Since it was hived off from ASK, AGO AG Energie + Anlagen has been systematically revamped as an engineering company. Today we see ourselves as a full-service engineering partner able to take an holistic approach to our customers’ wishes and offer them efficient and energy-optimized solutions.
